Welcome from Principal:
Christ the King School is excited to be celebrating our 90th year of Catholic education! We are so proud of the 90 year tradition of rigorous academic excellence within a faith-centered atmosphere. We have a long-standing tradition of teaching our faith while challenging children academically. CTK offers PreK-3 through 8th grade classes, where we provide a top tier academic curriculum, team focused athletics and extra-curricular activities that are all enriched by Catholic school camaraderie. Our dedicated teaching staff provides a safe and nurturing learning environment. We are a STREAM school we well as a STREAM Academy. We are honored to be one of the only schools in the area that is Accredited by the Middle States Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools. Our students graduate from CTK well prepared for the rigors of high school. This is all accomplished in a loving environment where children feel safe, cared for, and supported. We would love to show you our school. Come for a tour and set up a shadow date to see the difference an investment in Catholic education can make for your family.
May God bless you and your family abundantly,
Welcome from Pastor:
Welcome to Christ the King School! As pastor of this vibrant, Catholic faith community located in the heart of Snyder, it is my joy to greet you in the name of Christ.
Whether you are coming upon our school's website for the first time, or have been a part of our dynamic community for generations, I urge you to spend some time here on an adventure of discovery.
Within these webpages you will find not only academic information, athletic and extracurricular options, or an alternative to the status quo, but also you will find the best evidence of the work of God - and a place where individuals come more fully alive, together, in the great common work that is Catholic education.
You will also find our most valuable treasures: wide-eyed students open to life’s promise, committed teachers and staff who invest in their potential, and the parents and parish community who, together, affirm the amazing power of God’s grace.
Ours is a school, set in a parish, that is truly committed to Catholic excellence in academics, spirituality, community, and service. I encourage you: both in these pages and in person, come see why!
