Fundraising

Christ The King School is a non-profit independent school and is funded only by tuition revenue and by charitable contributions. This independence, as granted by absolute charter by The New York State Board of Regents and as confirmed by the New York State Association of Independent Schools, allows Christ The King to follow its stated mission. However, the cost of tuition does not fully cover the powerful education that children receive here, and therefore charitable donations from the community to the School greatly enhance the experience for students. Donations to Christ The King School are tax-deductible and donors may choose to remain anonymous if they so desire.

Gifts to Christ The King  School can be made in many ways including unrestricted gifts, underwriting, gifts in kind, and restricted gifts. There are also a variety of fund-raising opportunities through the Parent’s Guild and in the annual Gala and auction.

There are several ways to support Christ The King School through regular fundraisers that can provide donors with products, from books to wrapping paper, or with a fun night out in the company of fellow Christ The King School parents, alumni, and teachers. The Scholastic Book Fair and The Innisbrook Gift Wrap fundraisers bring a percentage of the income generated by sales directly to the School, and the annual Spring Auction is a delightful evening of support for the spirit of Christ The King School.
