4th Quarter Report Cards & 2009-2010 Student Supply Lists

Your children were given their report cards and next year’s class student supply lists on Thursday, June 25th. Student Supply Lists will be uploaded to this website mid-July.

2009-2010 Tuition Monthly Payments

For those families who opted to pay their tuitions monthly, your first installment is due by August 15th. Payments may be sent to school or you may bring them to the Rectory.

Final After School Invoices

June 2009 invoices will be mailed on Friday, June 26th. Please remit payment upon receipt of invoice. You may send payment to the school or drop it off at the Rectory. Be sure to indicate your payment is for the After School Program. Thanks to all

2009-2010  Open Enrollment

We currently have limited openings in Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th grades. Please contact the school if you are interested in enrolling your child .

Protecting God’s Children(Virtus)

If you are new to our school or currently a parent who still need to register , please click here that will link you to the Virtus registration page. The Diocese of Buffalo requires any parent or individual who instructs, coaches or volunteers be an active member in Protecting God’s Children Virtus program.  You will be required to attend and complete one Protecting God’s Children session in order to begin your Virtus Training. Regularly scheduled online bulletins and web-based training courses reinforce the knowledge points made during the awareness sessions.

The Uniform Exchange Program

We would like to thank everyone who donated this year.

Mark your calendars for the weekend of August 8th & 9th when the uniform exchange inventory will be available after masses, located in the Chapel Meeting Room.

2009-2010 School Year

School resumes Wednesday, September 2, 2009.

Some school districts begin bus services on Tuesday, Sept 8th- If this is the case, parents are responsible for transporting children to and from school on Sept 2nd & Sept 3rd only. Please check with your district as to when buses will begin.

(Amherst buses will begin service on Wednesday, Sept. 2nd)

-Beginning Wednesday, September 2, 2009 our school day begins at 7:50 am.

We will dismiss at Noon on Wednesday, September 2nd and Thursday, September 3rd only.

-Beginning Tuesday , September 8, 2009 our school day begins at 7:50 am and our new dismissal time will be 2:15pm.

Daily and half day schedules will be posted later this summer.
